The Study Space Academy is a nurturing environment that provides children with a place to enjoy learning. Through fun, tailored, targeted activities, we support children along their learning journey, no matter their stage. Whether they need a boost in confidence or to take on a new challenge, Study Space will provide children with the necessary tools to become successful learners, who love to learn.

From Reception to KS3, the Study Space Academy will nurture your child’s resilience, build upon confidence and perseverance. Every child will be taught in a way that makes them feel comfortable and engaged. Each session is designed to spark imagination and inspire children to reach for the stars!
We provide support in phonics, reading, writing and maths. This includes preparation for any official assessments. Our support is tailored for all primary school-aged children.
All of our tutors are fully qualified experienced teachers, who have extensive knowledge of first-quality teaching and vast experience building positive relationships with young learners.

FOUNDER
Qualified teacher turned tutor, with over a decade of experience teaching children across primary schools, between the ages of 4-12 years.
Enjoys creating a learning environment that inspires the young generation, and provides them with the space to express themselves freely whilst reaching their full potential.
Sophie understands that learning should be relevant and applicable to the outside world, involving students every step of the way.

Sally McLeod
TUTOR
Qualified teacher turned tutor, with over a decade of experience teaching children aged 4–12 years, with a strong focus and passion for Early Years education.
Believes that learning isn’t just about academics — it’s about nurturing the whole child. Every session is tailored to the individual, recognising that each child learns in their own way.
Sally promotes a “progress over perfection” mindset, creating a fun, engaging, and relevant learning environment where children feel confident to explore, question, and grow.

TUTOR
Qualified Primary School teacher with over 10 years of experience teaching across all primary age groups. Kali currently still works in the classroom, which keeps her teaching methods fresh, up-to-date, and in line with the latest curriculum.
I’m passionate about tutoring because it allows me to focus on each child as an individual — helping to boost confidence, close learning gaps, and provide the kind of support that really makes a difference.
Kali believes learning should feel achievable, enjoyable, and meaningful — and she enjoys creating a calm, supportive space where children can thrive at their own pace.
